Product introduction:

AFa ECO Series manual gravity steam sterilizer is eco-friendly and economically designed with horizontal chamber of large capacity suited for the complete sterilization and dryness of gauze, dressing materials, garments and surgical instruments in hospitals, clinics and laboratories.

FEATURES:
1. Cycle progresses manually by open/close manual valves through conditioning, sterilizing,
exhaust, vacuum drying and venting phases.
2. Sterilize temperature is 121°C.
3. Sterilize time and drying time is adjustable from 0~60 minutes on timer.
4. Illuminated pilot lamps display status and a buzzer announces the completion and cuts off the heating power source.
5. The large diameter of chamber pressure gauge, jacket pressure gauge and thermometer
make ideal require reading and indicate high precision and consistent results.
6. Integral steam generator equips with a high efficient immersion heater
to provide strict control of heating temperature.
7. Specially designed vacuum drying device to ensure efficient drying function.
8. Automatic air venting device and steam trap discharge cool air from chamber to obtain effective saturated steam.
9. An effective air filter is used to prevent contaminated air from entering into the chamber.
10. The silicone-rubber sealing gasket is applied to an even pressure door seal.
11. Chamber is made of high quality SUS 304 stainless steel with polished surface for long lasting service and easy cleaning.
A double layer construction is thermally insulated with fiberglass and cover with stainless steel sheet.
12. Pressure vessel is mounted on a heavy-duty tubular stainless steel stand with floor flanges for level adjustment.
