GENERAL FEATURES

Built in accordance with the latest International standards IEC 60601-1 and EN 10079-1 and the EC certificates, the series of suction units VORTEX AS200 and VORTECO AS100 are composed of different models, which allow to meet every kind of need in the field of small and medium surgery (i.e. the small operating theatres and the Vacuum-extraction procedures).

AS-200/20LT is the basic model of the series. It is suitable for: emergency Room, hospital, endoscopy, ENT, tracheotomized people, gynaecology - endouterine treatments, small and medium  surgery, small operating theatres, etc.

Technical characteristics:

- EC Certificate (93/42+2007/47): CE0051 - nr. 187/MDD.

- Class IEC 60601-1: I BF.

- Usage for unlimited time (8 hours) / Noise: less than 50 dB.

- Power supply / Absorption: 230V - one phase, 50Hz/138VA.

- Piston pump-unit, maintenance free (max. vacuum: 700 mm Hg “0.9 atm, 0.90 bar”, flow rate: 20l/min, engine:1/5 HP).

- Painted metal case, handle and seat for the jars, already prepared for the usage of disposable jars (Ø from 9 to 12 cm).

- One (two, on request) collection jar of 2 l made of unbreakable and autoclavable polycarbonate, with internal overflow device, and silicone autoclavable tubing (Ø mm 7x12).

- Vacuum regulator and vacuum check device (0-76 cm/Hg).

- Main switch and, on request, pedal switch STOP/PN (pneumatic, very safe, water-proof, anti-explosion).

- Dimensions (width/depth/height), weight: cm 33.5x30x25 - Kg 7.5.

- Dimensions (width/depth/height), weight with trolley H5: cm 50x50x85 - Kg17.5.

Note :

– Note 1) It can be equipped with a disposable antibacterial filter, which works also as supplementary overflow device;

– Note 2) Available pieces: external overflow device, cannulae-handle, stainless steel box for the accessories;

– Note 3) Available also with trolley model H5. In this case, the unit does not have any seat for the usage of collection jars (they are on the trolley, and they are already prepared for the usage of disposable jars of diam. from 9 to 16 cm (also for wall). The unit is fixed on the trolley.
